Xmas Lino Cut and Print

Lino sessions, dedicated to making Christmas cards and prints

Linocut, or lino printing, is a playful and tactile printmaking technique. By carving into linoleum and printing by hand, drawings are transformed into bold, textured prints - each one slightly different, each one unique!

In the first part of our session, we will develop our designs and draw them out. Then they will be transferred onto the linoleum sheet and carved with special chisels. The last step is to cover them with paint and press them onto the paper.

After our session, you will leave with your designs that you can post or gift to your loved ones under the Chritmas tree or hang in your house. 💌

We have up to 5 cards per person and additionally some paper if you want to have a seperate prints that you can frame and hung on the wall.

we provide:

all necessary materials (lino blocks, chisels, different colours paint, different coloured cards paper and bigger sheets of paper from which you can cut into a special size if you have in mind, etc.);

snacks and drinks, good atmosphere

how to prepare: you are welcome to come with an idea of what you want to make, if not - no worries, we do it together!

please note: cancellation is not possible, in case you can’t participate you can pass your spot to a friend.
